I've had this problem before.

 

You can try re installing rage hook, restart your computer, and make sure your game version is supported by rph.

I tried but it did not work and I have deleted the game multiple times and re downloaded lspdfr script hook v and rph but is still get the same message

 

Also when It is launching it will say "This is taking longer than usual" then say gta5 launcher exe excited  

Since the last update I've been having the same problem. Removed all mods, re-downloaded RAGE everything. Is it broken for everyone?

yeah my friend has been playing it fine for 2 years and now he has problems after update

I found out that Rage is the problem so when a new rage comes out it might work

i havent been having many issues

do you still have game version 1.37

 

A trick I use to get it to work, is run your GTA V through steam(or normal way), then after you hear the glass break and sirens. when you see the Rockstart logo ALT-Tab and run RagePlugin. As soon as you see the RagePlugin logo, click back into GTA V don't worry if it kicks you out to the home screen it will do that. Just go back into GTA V and it'll load RagePlugin just fine.

Make sure none of your GTA V exe's are selected to run as administrator.

thats a 50/50 chance it wont work, i had to fix that for some one, i just unlocked there GTAV directory for full access by the systen

On the RPH Support server, It's worked for quite a few people so worth a shot I suppose.

none of them are running as admin and I got the same message

 

I'm still having problems. Tried all the availbale Rage Hooks, tried everything I could think of! So frustrating!

Same thing is happening to me, just one year later...

ALRIGHT, I know what to do!! Put the regular gta file to desktop. Click on that and while it’s opening click rage hook plugin (which should also be in your desktop). It worked for me. Which is a first. If it didn’t work respond to me

I tried doing this but it just crashed my game.
