It is compatible with mac. I have it on my mac book so i do have gta. I just can't download the mod cause its an exe file. Exe files don't work on mac so i was wondering if they'll come out with a mod that is compatible.

You don't have GTA IV on Mac (unless you're running Windows through Boot Camp). I know this because GTA IV for Mac does not exist.

Does the game run? Where did you get it?

Rockstar lists supported platforms for GTA:IV as "XBOX 360, Playstation 3, and PC". Wikipedia agrees. I don't see why they wouldn't list Mac if it's compatible, so I'm going to go out on a limb and say it isn't.

Can we get a screenshot or video of this apparent GTA IV Mac version on your computer?
