So, I got 2 questions:

 

1) When I stop at a red light, cars always try and overtake me, so I was wondering if there was a mod that combats this, such as traffic stop mod for GTA IV?

 

2) There use to be a mod that enables the player to force an LSPDFR pursuit on a ped, is there anything like this around?

I have never had vehicles bypass/overtake me at red lights. However I do not know if this is a USA thing or just particular states but they are allowed to turn right at a red light. I did not know this and when i was in the lane that could turn they would honk at me and overtake me. Is this what you mean? Where I live we can only turn at traffic lights when the turn light is lit green or their is a sign that says we can turn at red light.

Peds overtaking you at lights is part of the algorithm involving how vehicle AI works. I don't think anyone has found a feasible way to combat the atrocious AI in GTA5. I definitely understand your frustration. It can be quite annoying when you are sitting there and a ped decides to scrap the entire side of your car on the left so they can take a right turn on a red. xD
