Hello everyone, im trying to install the LSPD PACK which is below, and i have no idea where i should put the WTD and WFT files, I only know where to install YFT and YTD files and i still having doubts, ie, im always seeing that the owner of the mod/plugin says: 'put this in the lastest patchday' and in my case is the 13 and when i installed the LCSO non-rde pack, i set it in the 5th it works  if anyone could teach me briefly about what to do with those files i'd appreciate

If the author says put it into the latest patchday.. put it into the latest patchday, which as you said is 13ng. Even though there may not be any files with the same names as the ones you  have in the download, the latest patchday always overrides any earlier patchday's.

 

You linked Captain14's LSPD Pack for GTA V, but in the picture there is GTA IV files?

Well, didn't see that. Yeah, if you try to install car models for GTA V in GTA IV, it ain't gonna work.
