Anyone interested in something like this? It's a project I started a while ago, but never completely finished. Assuming I can even get GTA IV to work again.... would it be something enough people wanted for me to finish it?

If I had to make a guess, I'd say Whelen Vertexes that are surface mounted

Knight is correct. They're dual color surface mounted Whelen Vertex's.

Standard Vertex will work, or any rendition of a Vertex is fine.
