So I dont know where to post this to, I need advice because Im pretty pissed. I bought the Golden Whale Shark Card which gives you 3,500,000 In game money. I bought it and I am still waiting and Have received nothing. I have waited a fair 4 hours and I still do not have my money I bought. What Do I do?

I guess you're out of luck then, although I'm not sure why anyone would spend $50 on digital currency. You do realize you could have bought a full videogame for that price? Just saying. 

 

Otherwise, if I were you, dispute the purchase on your credit card if they wont refund you. It's completely justified to dispute the purchase if they wont refund you.

I somehow really doubt that. There's always a recipe of what you buy online. Check your bank account on your bank website and see if the money has been withdrawn from your account. If yes, then you did pay it and Rockstar won't contest that and refuse a refund. If not, then something went wrong when you bought that shark card and you actually lost nothing, nor do they owe you anything.

 

But just like my above neighbour, I question the purpose of buying so much GTA$ when you can simply farm them or buy a new game for that price.

Where did you buy it? I myself have bought Shark Cards from various places including Amazon, Walmart, and directly from the in-game menu, and I haven't had an issue with any of them. Maybe you bought it from a scam site? Rockstar is very good about giving people stuff they have lost. I remember I had an issue transferring my character and they had to transfer a previous version of my character and every Shark Card that had gone on my account after the previous version that had to be transferred, they gave me. It doesn't sound like them to just ignore your request if you actually did buy the card from a reputable source.  Also, @Hystery is right... there's always some sort of proof when you buy a Shark Card as well.
