So my GTA V is crashing all the time after loading screen. Here are some pics of my gta folder

It crashes when I launch it from steam.

Is it crashing while it loads?

Is just LSPDFR crashing?

No, I don't have LSPDFR installed yet. And yes it's crashing while it loads or immedietly after it has loaded.

You may have to contact the folks at Rockstar Games if you're having issues with just trying to get into GTAV without RPH and see if they can provide some assistance.
