Please help me.. when I click J x2 turn on siren, only the back lights light up... i don't see lights. :/

Take a video of this happening and it might help us understand your situation.

Try this:

1- Be sure you´ve installed scripthook V v1.0.944.2 ( not included in ELS package)

2- Be sure you´ve installed visual c++ 2015 installed

3- Initially test the car with the default ELS police.xml

 

If the problem persist, then upload a video please.

 

When you say "only the back lights up" you mean only the tail lights flash I guess. Then I´m pretty sure you´ll find the solution installing this files.

1) Did you install the police.xml that came with bxbugs's ELS CVPI? Or is it the one that came with ELS (Fairly sure they are the same, but I suppose it doesn't hurt to check.)

2) Did you install bxbugs' ELS CVPI in the "police" slot (ei: not "police2", "police3", etc)

3) Make sure police.xml is in "Grand Theft Auto V > ELS > pack_default", not "Grand Theft Auto V > ELS" (or any other place)

Still nothing :(

OK, I´m sure is not an ELS configuration problem because your tail lights are flashing and this is an ELS feature ( corona taillights are active in your police.xml). On the other hand, is not a car installation problem.

Do me a favor, go to the link https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=48145

and download  C++ 2015 packages and install both ( x64 and x86). If you´ve already installed, then use the option "repair"

WTF. What a weird problem. I guess your  police.xml is working fine but could you upload your els.log?

It looks good.  ELS is working ( or almost loading)  ok. I´ve no idea about waht is causing the problem ( I think is a missing file anywhere but how to know is so hard). I´m sorry.

If i have any other idea, I´ll post it.

I have the same Problem, i tried everything even reinstalling my game but nothing helped me.

I think my police.xml is not loading correctly because when i change the colors in the xml file it is not changing ingame.

And i have GTA installed on a drive partition only for GTA maybe that could be the problem too.
