    i have that... my els log tells me that the police.xml is loaded but obviously not

    i do think that my police.xml is not loaded correctly because as i said before when i change the color in the police.xml it doesnt change ingame.

    I have the same Problem, i tried everything even reinstalling my game but nothing helped me. I think my police.xml is not loading correctly because when i change the colors in the xml file it is not changing ingame. And i have GTA installed on a drive partition only for GTA maybe that could be the problem too.

    i do have a ELS Car installed and UI comes up but the lights are not working...
