I did the exact same thing - just now - but the bad news is that there's several plugins - ALL by Albo1125 - will need to be updated to be compatible with RPH 0.49.  Those plugins are:  Traffic Policer, Arrest Manager, Assorted Callouts, and LSPDFR+.  When you "force duty," pop-ups will tell you those plugins are incompatible and will not load/work and will give you problems if you try to use them anyway.

im using LSPDFR but not LSPDFR+. do i need to do something too?

Those are two different plugins.  You do not need to do anything in regards to updating LSPDFR but you will have to wait until Albo updates his LSPDFR+ plugin so you won't have any issues while it's being used in the game.
