Hey there,

 

To install LSPDFR and get it running head over to the mod section then LSPDFR. Download and install the mod (don't worry it has a automatic installer), then you will have LSPDFR as the base of playing the game. Make sure to have Rage Plugin Hook (REQUIRED) can be found in their website; it's easy to install. Install scripthook as well or the game won't work with mods correctly. 

 

LSPDFR has many mods from callouts to vehicle mods to make your experience much better. They can be found in the mod sections. Other than that please watch tutorial videos on how to install LSPDFR and other mods to work properly. If you are stuck just ask.
