Hi, so I am trying to install a Police Explorer (police3), and once I put it in OpenIV, it won't go in-game. It just shows the default GTA V police3 vehicle.

No, the latest folder inside your Update folder

Inside your update folder where you installed the car in the first place, and that's where my help stops. I've had a stressful day and I can't continue helping new people all night.

I did, and it still does nothing.

Just add it to patchday9 that should work.

Never follow the readme except for .meta files. ALWAYS PUT VEHICLE FILES IN PATCHDAY12 until the next update

I think What Brad Philips Townley said is clear enough. There should be nothing to be asked anymore.

Just add it to the vehicles.rpf in Patchday9. You can use the openIV search feature. Just press Ctrl+F3 then search for vehicles.rpf and choose the one which is located in Patchday9. There you can add the car.
