Sorry for late reply..  just uninstall lcpdfr, delete ALL lcpdfr files, watch this video an do all what this guy say -

Hi,

 

First completely uninstall lcpdfr you've installed, 

 

Then, I recommend you install LCPDFR 1.1 by using auto installer, make sure only use one of those loader, either xlives or dsound.dll. 

 

Usually, it should works without scripts loder error, if not, you can try to replace my loder, or, if necessary, you could clean reinstall your GTAIV game.
