So since I had a new version of GTA5 and I wanted to play lspdfr again, I installed the mod but when I start up GTA5 (with RPH) I get the error "could not hook game process. insufficient permissions or bad antivirus" I have tried all solutions availeble on the internet:

• added RPH and GTA5 to my Anti Virus
• ran RPH as administrator
• made a shorcut of gta5 folder to desktop
• reinstalled c++ redistributable for visual studio 2015
• deactivated Anti Virus while launching
• reinstalled windows frameworks (newest version)
• and all other solutions

Clearly not else you wouldn't still be having problems...

 

Are you running a legitimate or cracked version of the game?

Bought it not cracked, don't do that illegal stuff

Are you logged in on an administrator account, or a standard user? 

I wish I could help... I bought the game on steam so I only know how to trouble shoot on there.

 

Try reinstalling both GTAV & RPH?

Yep reinstalled gta5 yesterday

no luck

@AlconH, I think I found a fix...reinstall windows(_) not sure yet still installing.
