If the phone is deleted from Directional up does that mean that up is disabled also. Meaning scrolling up in a menu?

is there any way to remove the character wheel function  without actually removing the function of the DpadDown on my Controller for ELS ?                                             (if the only way is to remove the DPadDown Function on the controller, then nevermind

 

my real issue is this function in the picture. can this function that shows this notification be removed ?? (DPadDown) but not remove the function of DPadDown on the controller itself (menus) ??

Can you make one that removes, phone (up), expand minimap (vehicle), aim in vehicle and radio?

I've stated in the description:

Quote

• This modification may be incompatible with other modifications that use controller bindings.
• Unfortunately, some (if not all) sets may remove the ability to scroll up in a menu using DpadUp.
• I recommend using xpadder to fix any issue regarding controller bindings

 

As for removing the action replay/recording button, I still can't figure that one out. I've tried removing the functions but they still persist.

Could I request [Set#5] with Light Melee (on foot) please? For some reason my current set 5 no longer works (crashes the game when I get into a car). Other sets work though, currently using set 23 with no issues.

That was a mistake on my end. Let me reupload. Try in an hour or so.

This issue is addressed in the description of the main mod. No there is not, unfortunately.

• Headlights (in vehicle)<------------------I want to keep this feature (All the others in this list I want to remove)
• Interaction Menu (in vehicle/on foot)
• Expanding Minimap (in vehicle/on foot)
• Character Wheel (in vehicle/on foot)
• Radio Wheel (in vehicle)

• Change Camera View (in vehicle/on foot)
