The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Too many Updates followed by problems with this stuff!!

I figured this will be deleted soon. That's fine. I hate that I have had to completely step away from all of this.  Modding is easy.  But keeping everything up to date with the updates, different files, and just day to day changes is a job in itself! It has made me turn away from GTA.  (I only used it for LSPDFR).  For some of you guys that stick with it, my hat is off to you.  Peace out LSPDFR! Peace out Ragehook BS! I'm out! :))))))

If you do part 1 of this guide, and continually create copies of the previous version, you can essentially stay on an older version forever.

Updating RPH mods isn't hard. You drag-and-drop the new version of the mod into your plugins folder. Done.

If you're frustrated by constantly having to deal with re-installing vehicle mods (which IMO is a much bigger pain), take the time to set up your own custom DLC file with all your preferred vehicles. Do it once, and you'll never have to do it again. There's various guides on the forums.

[REL] Coastal Callouts: An action-packed mod with new vehicles, maps, capabilities, and callouts in and around the waters of Los Santos

[REL] Police Tape: Make your scenes more realistic while stopping peds and traffic

[REL] Better EMS: Realistic and dynamic EMS response

True, it isn't hard, but it is very time consuming.  I just redownloaded GTA V, and now I'm going to spend the entire day tomorrow readding everything all because Rockstar doesn't want to make life easier on people who mod.

As much annoying it can be for us, Rockstar is not supporting modding, that's their own right. The day they add Steam Workshop to GTA and indeed keep ruining everything with each major update there's more ground to complain. But until then they are not bound to make modding easier.
