So I'm one of the unfortunate people to suffer the Exception Access Violation crash.  Seems to be more prevalent among players since The Biker update.  From what I've read on this problem, it is apparently a software problem that usually can only be fixed by updating the software itself, meaning GTA's software.

UPDATE - In my latest attempt to fix the problem, the only scripts i have installed are Arrest Manager, Traffic Policer, Assorted Callouts, and LSPDFR+.  I have the latest albocommon.dll and all the scripts are updated, i checked.

With reading and help that I've pretty much exhausted the limit of my abilities to try to fix it on my end.  Posting this here for everyone.  if anyone has more information or more skill and would like to look into the problem, feel free to post and ask questions. I'd happily upload the necessary info from my GTA V files.

 

UPDATE - Even after reinstalling RPH requirements, the exact problem still exists with no changes.  It appears to be unable to "handle" my kernelbase.dll

The problem for me is AdvancedHook.asi. 

I tried to delete it, GTA5 + RPH works, but lspdfr doesn't load (ofc). But the game is working.

yea but even if that works it defeats the point of me even launching the mods...

I can play for a few minutes, but when i do a call or something it just crashes too. Ive got some car mods etc but other than that only lspdfr vanilla. Really strange

I'm having the same problems myself since the update. I had every police vehicle replaced in the game and working perfect until the biker update. Now I constantly crash when populating world.

i rebuilt my mod folder from scratch and that didnt fix it either.  now that iv watched more carefully what actually crashes, ragehook crashes, which crashes gta. because the game works fine without mods. so even though i have the new ragehook, i think there is a bug with it and the biker update that occurs for some ppl.

I have the same problem. Do you have any new informations about it ? 

only that seems it can either be software problems on their end or a problem in your pc that its best to let a pro fix.  in my case, after digging and running several different diagnostic apps, it seems the problem is with my pc and is beyond my ability with computers to fix.  now given that with the latest update to gta, the game period does not work well on my pc, my best option is to wait until i can get a proper gaming desktop setup of my own to remedy all the problems at once and more simply.  but thats not to say thats necessarily your problem, its clear it can be a variety of things that cause this problem.  mine is clearly specific to a modded gta, since gta will run (tho again not very well) without them.  my info above remains accurate even after several rebuilds of my mods and reinstalls.

problem has now changed. im now just getting gtav.exe failing. best thread on the issue is here. i believe this confirms my suspicion that its ram related.
