It depends on how powerful your GPU is in your computer, aka your Graphics, compare these, btw, this is a GTAIV support/discussion, not lcpdfr.com

It's pretty obvious when a setting is called "delay" that your not going to be able to speed it up. A delay is for slowing things down. If you find your ELS is too slow, try lowering your graphics settings, and if you have a ton of car mods, removing a few of them could work.

The ELS.ini has a delay.... the higher the number, the greater the delay, delays can be long, or very short
