Hi, i downloaded GTAV and LSPDFR for gta v and I see that there is not much options.What do you think is it better to play GTA IV with LCPDFR(+ELS which is often causing crashing) or GTA V with LSPDFR.

The main thing we still don't have is LSPDFR with multiplayer, who knows when that will come, but we now have early ELS stuff with SirenMastery covering sirens and edited carcols for custom patterns.(altho can't change but with new RPH plugin it will be possible).

For me, LSPDFR, yes, it sucks without much multiplayer options but the graphics and engine upgrade make it worth it for me. I know alot of guys still playing LCPDFR are in roleplaying units that still use it.

Well if you add in plugins and stuff LSPDFR instantly gets better.

You know, if you use Windows 10 and not putting so much mods and cars, then GTAIV lcpdfr is very stable and not crash at all... 

In my GTA IV are PoliceHelper, all possible lcpdfr callouts, few scripts (Traffic flow, AREA LIVERY MOD, braveheart's, policing script and breathalyser, ALL moded police cars, ELS and enb series... I be honest, I have no chrashes and game is stable, it chrashes when I start to put too many civil car mods, taxi cars and experiment with enb..

I don’t have neither game but I’m getting one or both then installing LSPDFR or LCPDFR. Which is better LSPDFR or LCPDFR?

Depends on you what you like,if you like the San Andreas map then get LSPDFR but if you like realism and Liberty city then get a LCPDFR,depends which game you like more.
