   And the lighting sucks.... I had a mod one time that made it brighter what is it?

Radiance V. But set it to Bright, not Very Bright, unless you enjoy being blind.

Radiance V is still bright as fuck. Try this.

Just go to update > update.rpf > common > data > visualsettings.dat

Open with notepad, CTRL + F and find:

car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on [edit number to your liking]

car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on [edit number to your liking]

After installing did not make a diffrence on the tahoe?
