I do not understand .. that's what is available and why they are at the positive comments?

Ofcourse you could put it on some other vehicle. But you'll need some program like Zmoddeler to be able to put it on the vehicle.

The lightbar is a development source so you have to edit it yourself. Ofcourse Realistc American Siren pack will work!

Only that completely I did not know how to use this program , and on YouTube there are no guides for installation lightbars in GTA V , but in GTA IV

You have to use Zmodeler3 and know how to use Zmodeler3.

You have to edit the actual vehicle file (.ymt)

Look it up on YouTube. I'm still learning, myself.
