How's this for a main picture?

Note:

The pattern looks a little choppy, it's not like that in game, it's just the gif looping.

I made the coronas bigger and better. This is not combining B.E.L. with ECED, btw.

Possible to have a normal and a bigger option? I'm not too much of a fan of huge coronas

Yeah, once I'm ready to release it I'm gonna add options for small, normal, large, or no coronas. Also all blue lights and maybe all red lights.

This is just a little something I put together on my school computer to give B.E.L. more of an ELS look, and used teamviewer to test. This texture is a WIP, a couple things I could do is maybe make it a bit smaller and make it look less "full“ I guess you could say. Just less bright so the dirt stands out  a bit more.

Again - sorry about the laggy video, it's my recording software.

CVPI with all red lighting and a fictional NYSP skin.

I kind of wanted a NYSP CVPI in my game (because I'm from NY and I see these constantly), so I found a skin, modified it to my liking, added all red lighting (including coronas) and a pattern, and this is the outcome. I think it turned out pretty well, even though it's nowhere near accurate, but that doesn't matter because this video is more to showcase the all red lighting with B.E.L.

If you want the skin I based mine off of you can go here to grab it. I'll try to get permission from the author to release my version of the skin just in case any of you like it.  Also, would you guys be interested in the lens dirt textures? Because I can release it if you want it, just let me know.

So I made the pattern for B.E.L. just a bit slower. The main benefit of this is, you can see the flash a bit better, especially with coronas. My main problem with B.E.L. was it was hard to see on some of the smaller lights that they have even been effected by the mod; now it's easier to see the flash. Also, I've completely remade everything that I used from TheMitchHD's (on gta5mods.com) New York State Police skin, so now I can release it without any worries of plagiarism. I just have to do a few more things to it and you can expect to see it, and B.E.L. very soon. B.E.L.'s release date is getting closer, get ready ;)

Something you all should know is, when choosing the all red or all blue option for B.E.L., you're gonna have to edit the textures for the lights yourself. That's way too impractical to do it myself. It really only takes a couple minutes to just change the hue on a couple of textures.

-I used the normal sized, all red coronas in this video.

Currently working on transferring patterns to a fresh carcols, and making it compatible for patch day 791. Once I'm done with that I'm going to make an oiv file and a manual version, take a couple videos then B.E.L. should be ready for release. I need to test to make sure everything works, too.

Updated the coronas setting videos, as the old ones were just too laggy and you couldn't really get a good look at the lights in the old video. These new videos will be included in B.E.L.'s release post.

The reason I'm postponing the .oiv installer is I just don't know how to make them. I downloaded a .oiv installer generator, but either I'm using it wrong or it is just outdated. (Last updated in January). However I saw in the comments section of that post of somebody who is making a newer .oiv generator. I'm probably just going to wait for that to come out, then I'll make one.

Good news is, the only thing left to do for B.E.L. is to make a couple more gifs for the release post and then I'm done! I need gifs because pictures just don't capture what the mod actually does.
