I had this issue too much! I hope they fix it ASAP.

And also I noticed when the drivers disappear, you can't do the Traffic Stop (by pressing SHIFT key).

Yeah I get this too now n then. I think its cos u alt tab, read somewhere not to do that..but I forget. an I had only some drivers missing, other cars had drivers, an peds were on the sidewalk an on motorcycles though, went a few blocks further an all drivers were gone. Ive tried re-loading all plug-ins to no effect. som1 pls figure this one out, have to restart, an that sucks

You don't have to restart. read the previous posts and you'll c we found a (temporary) solution already. Press F4 to get your ragehook manager and type cleanworld, choose option TRUE (if it asks something about true of false) and make sure you are in your vehicle as that sometimes gets cleaned too and you find yourself spawning a new car as well. that's it. Enjoy...

ohhh yaaa. thanks, I recently discovered cleanworld in ragehook mgr. I got rid of a couple buggy call-out mods, an haven't had more missing peds. maybe it was too many call-outs loaded. I also noticed when ur on foot an go close to car or pull them out/beat on it the ped will appear in car, think the pc's overloaded an saving memory?

Could well be what you're saying there. I also took out a few "old" call-outs and upgraded my pc and now I don't have it anymore

It's June 15th now and still getting this Ghost Car issue.. Just had it 10 minutes ago. Was doing a Stabbing clean up and had a car with no driver run me over lol.
