The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I NEVER get frame drops or lag when playing either singleplayer or mulitplayer. But i get frame drops when playing LSPDFR, always more when driving a car. I dont know what the problem is, i only have Albos mods? And my computer even meets the recommended requirements. Would be happy for any help regarding this :3

Yeah,it is, Albo has stated multiple times in his forum posts and download page that LSPDFR with his mods eats up performance power. Recommended Specs for GTA V don't have anything to do with LSPDFR because really you are running a game on top of a game, especially with all the extra modifications, cars, peds, etc.

Also, it'd be good if you told us your specs...

It's mostly CPU-bound, I believe, so you could have a GTX 1080 and still have stutter if you had a lower end CPU.
GTA with mods goes against the common gaming belief, GPU > CPU. In this case, it is reversed.

It's probably poor optimization on the part of some plugins. LSPDFR itself does not normally cause a massive frame drop.

GTA 5 itself is CPU bound lspdfr and mods rarely touch your CPU unless your on something old or dont have enough cores and no hyperthreads dont count and yes i know how they function.

However GTA 5 is a open world game. With such games RAM is actually the 3rd top thing you need to run this game with good FPS 1) GPU 2) CPU 3) RAM

Yes normal games usually dont use more thant 5-6 gigs of ram. With GTA and other open world games however the amount can double easily depending on your settings.

Not saying your issue is RAM but check your system when running the game to find out how much of each resource your pc uses to run the game than adjust.
