I just downloaded some new cars for my game, then I go to download a skin pack for the cars, and this message pops up. I have never seen this before, so was this recently added onto the site?

    Maybe it's because you aren't signed in.
    I think this is the replacement for the captcha's perhaps, and may only affect visitors since they're more likely to be bots than actual members.
