I want to model some 90s CHP vehicles but I need a Federal Signal Vision that matches the CHP in the 90s. 

Thehurk has one in his CHP Mega Pack.

Yeah they're practically the same lightbar. Just use the Vector.

The model has to be unlocked in order to remove and use the light bar.

model wise, besides the label they are the same.

same bulbs base domes etc. the diff between the vision and vector is the vector simply rotates, whereas the vision has more control over the way it rotates.
