The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I have double checked to make sure Ragehook was up to date, and I made sure to place it in the "Plugins" folder in my GTA 5 Directory. It still isn't working. If anyone can tell me a solution, I will love you forever. might even kiss yah

yeah. i already got that mod, but it still isnt working and i am not sure why...

You do realise that that mod is built for Ragehook 25...
The latest version of Ragehook is 45...
There have been many, many changes to Ragehook which will have broke this plugin by now.
