How do I install the vehicle textures when I dont have there files such as Police.ytd but Files like this: Explorer_skin.png? I want to install then NYSP Chevrolet Tahoe but it has the .png file I beleive, it is really nice looking car but I dont know how to install...

Thank you :3

You need to find the vehicle model that was used when making this texture. Once you have acquired this, open openiv. If you are replacing the Police.ytd model then go to x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf. Make sure the edit mode is on. Drag then new police model you are wanting to change then located the police.ytd file. Open it and find where the skin is, most often then not it will be something along the lines of explorer_sign1. You will just have to go through the files and find it. Once found click replace then replace the skin, ensure to save it. Once that is done I like to open the .yft file to make sure the skin fits well and there aren't any errors. After that run the game and it should be good to go.

Just put the skin in the car's texture dictionary.

Ok, and Is it OK When I open the car file in the OpenIV and I see it as default? Will I see it in the game as the skin I want?

Please reword that, it's not entirely clear what you are trying to say.

I don't understand the point of signatures on this site. What the fuck is the point?

You can't put the skin on the default car, it wasn't made for that. Skins are made for specific vehicles.

The skin was made for THIS Tahoe:

Oh ok, but in this video the guy made the car look like just as I want it too, so if you see what I need to do, that would be great :)

First you need to install the Tahoe it was made for. Then you need to put the skin in the texture dictionary.
