LA road mods dosen't work on mods folder.

It most certainly does. I have it in a mods folder. Use the OIV installer that was created for it and selected the "mods" folder option for automatic install. Then download the patch and go into the mods folder and install those files.

OIV installer: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/l-a-roads-oiv-open-iv-package-installer

Patch: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/l-a-roads-patch

wait so we don't have to copy the huge x64.rpfs to our mods folder?, we just have to install la roads into mods folder even though theres no x64.rps there?

Should do everything automatically. Let it do it's thing. I had literally nothing in my mods folder and the installer installed everything without me copying folders and stuff.

Why do I feel like everyone in the UK has amazing speeds. I have like 60mb

In the uk, virgin media released a new cable which can go up to 200MB,

they upgraded mine from 60mb to 150mb

and i still pay the same monthly even after the change :)

Problem is that America is freaking huge... Takes a long time for Tech in California and the west coast to reach Florida and the east coast.
