what would happen if i install ghost peak mountain? and would i be ok in mp or would it be lik an automatic crash?

Most mods work in MP, the only ones you shouldn't use are car mods. You can even use weapon mods.

Map mods work without a problem, only problem is, only those can see it, who got it installed.

Just backup any files that you replace and you'll be fine.
