Templates are made by the author to allow others to MAKE skins, this poor guy just wants one livery to show up, he doesn't want to make one.

is what im doing not deleting the livery . how would you delete a livery 

If the liveries are not there, you have deleted them.

so these are what i gotta delete yes ? those arent tempates ? or whatever 

when i deleted all the ones i didnt want this happens 

sometimes if you rename a texture inside openiv it wont register, so you have to export it then add it back in manually. that should fix it for you.

This is chaotic. Simpy delete any of the other textures using the Delete button in the top right of the texture dictionary once you have selected that texture. Be sure you are in Edit Mode to do this. Now, rename the remaining texture to "chr_sign_1". Save, and done. Easy.
