Need help identifying a texture pack [Solved]

I modified a texture pack for a new vehicle model, and I was hoping to find the author to get them to add it to their pack or get permission to publish it myself, but I can't find the pack. I'll link my skin, it uses modified textures from the pack, any help would be appreciated.
