Something is missing and I can not do update

Update your game by launching playgtav

I have the same problem and i have also tried to update the GTA5 thru the playgtav file and it just goes to the game. i go to the settings in hopes to find a update button but no luck. how do you update GTA5 manually

Make sure your internet isn't blocked and launch the play gtav file and it should automatically look for the update with Rockstars servers .... make sure no firewall is blocking or virus software.... hope that helps ... know anyone on here that does custom skins for vehicles ?please let me know thank you..

No I did not

I have found out that im missing two files in the GTA5 folder and i dont know how to get them back. they are the following files

_CommonRedist

ExecuteCode

any help with how to get these file would be appreciated

Are you still running an illegal copy of the game? 

Im running a legal retail warehouse version of the game but need to know how to get these files
