It starts, but will not let me play, I always get that screen before

Do you have a mods folder?

yes, it's located at the principal folder, where is de PlayGta.exe....

take it out of the GTA directory and put it somewhere else (maybe your desktop or somewhere) and see if that works.

do you say, that I move Rage Plugin Hook somewhere else or other thing?

i have deleted all game, and i will install again the game,and put back the lspdfr

no he meant only take out your "mods" folder.

All you had to do was delete your folder called Mods. Under no circumstances did you have to delete the whole game.

Could have saved this pour soul if I was here earlier...

I was having the same problem, and deleted my mods folder, and it works fine.

 

But what do I do about my mods now?

I would just create a new one and put the files you need in it (update,x64,x64e) than remodify then. and tell me have you modified your gameconfig.xml or visualsettings.dat in your old mods folder?
