The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So Ive downloaded A charger that has multiple skins, including Blaine County Skin

and local patrol file in Backup.xml is(I didnt include Los Santos, only the ones that I have problem with)... (Skin 2 for Charger is Blaine County livery)

And the Blaine County Police2 responds to Local Patrol in Sandy Shores, shouldnt Sandy Shores use <LosSantosCounty> not <BlaineCounty>?

Well sandy shores is in the Blaine county area or at least its area of interest so you would assume it does use BlaineCounty and Not LosSantosCounty

The county line between Los Santos County and Blaine County runs generally along Route 68.
