Yeah, hopefully 3.0 whenever it comes out will have a fix for police calls during paramedic duty. It's already got a heap of improvements ready for paramedics (including a workaround for the Sprinter and any other ambulance with no rear seat dummies).

Also, with the Resus bar? It mentions it but I fail to find it?

Depends, my uncle is a one man station, when I went up there we had to drive like 80ks to the nearest wash lol

Mmm, imagine the possibilities! Stroke patient, heart attack patient, heat stroke in public place, snake bite, shooting/stab victims, MVA's (this one's a callout in a Rescue mod already, I think, but without going through installing all that..), drown victim on the beach (life guards would be the first responding but you would take over primary and transport to hosp.), patient transport, etc.. Even non-urgent home callouts, the list goes on.

A one man station would only need one car. Depending on area, they'd probably effectively be a sub-station of the main LAC station. They'd have the resources of the LAC & Highway (albeit from a distance) if needed. 

 

Again depending on area, I'd suggest they'd have a Caged Truck or something like a Patrol or similar. Maybe even a Territory?

 

I have a friend who worked a one man station but when I went to see him, he was on holidays & didn't have his vehicle (from

memory, it was over 10 years ago).

RPH 50 has just been released according to their Twitter account. It went from 47 through to 50 in such a short time!
