After restarting this texture this is how far I have gotten. It should be finished by Friday. I just have to find out how to make curved lines through photoshop.

In some states I believe P's are still required by Police where relevant. Also, if the car is being driven by a civilian staff member it would be needed. 

 

Other states have exceptions. I know WA Police are exempt from displaying P plates in work vehicles.

To join NSW police in the first place I think you need to have a P2 Licence

Damm, I don't think they use these in SA. Do they? Just on one sort of a related note, I had a cop car smash in a pursuit right infront of my house. Photo's bad but had to be descreet.  They didn't look like they're in a happy mood.
