Looks great, although you should add some detail to the textures. Or else it just looks fake.

Quite like you see here.

Its not just an orange sign with white lettering. It has detail making it look worn and textured.

Unfortunately, i have some problem with lods for Santa Monica Pier Sign
already found 2 lods, but it's not enough.... release will be little bit later

Rockstar did so many lods for map objects, so it's 3 or even more for this Santa Monica Sign, but i can't find the 3rd, so update don't will include the Santa Monica Sign yet.
But there's some new screens and freeway signs:

Good news! got the lods working for Santa Monica Pier Sign, so it's will be included in next update!

Also today was added new shaders to Zmodeler3, so, now we able to make Beverly Hills Sign.
