Hello! I was wondering if anyone could tell me what lightbar this is that the RCMP are using on there Crown Vics's , Taurus, and Tahoes, here in NFL.

it is hre actually, here's a model with the lightbar (it's the CODE3 variant tho)

Already exists in GTA, someone just needs to mount and install it in Zmodeler/Blender (whatever preferred 3d software) and then export it into GTA 4 or 5.

Merge it as a .z3d and assign the textures. Boom, done.

Yes it is, the car in the photo you posted has a Federal Signal Legend on it. That model that was provided is the same bar as the photos. Only difference is the RED/BLUE top which can be changed to clear (to match the photo) in a matter of minutes.

Which if you feel that it is can be easily tweaked and adjusted within ZMOD, or whatever they use to mod V now days.
