So I've discovered the issue with my game (this time) is the fact that it refuses to work with a modified dlclist.meta, which I need for RDE and other addons. I've tried many different gameconfigs, and it still crashes trying to load story mode. Any help would be much appreciated. 

I seem to get this issue when I add too many dlc's. Same thing happens with too many addon cars (vs replacement). Try taking out a couple dlc folders without changing dlclist.meta

Hmm, never had it crash on me. I have had it decide to void all dlc's when somethings written wrong. Here, try my DLC list

I've deleted 2 out of 4 of my extra dlcs. It wasn't working with all 4 a couple days ago, then randomly started doing this bs when I started it up last night.

go to RDE's GTA5mods page and use the link for the finance and felony update. I had the same problem and it took me a while to find.

Don't worry, you're not the only one. did you, by chance, take a look at the rde vehicles.meta file. My game kept crashing because of that being edited/corrupted.

Good luck. Of course, then I had to go back and change everything. Make sure to back it up. Also check the carvariations.

Great. Yeah, I added an extra model or something into the meta and it royally screwed it up for some reason.

I figured out how to know when a meta is corrupted and when a carvaritaions is corrupted

when you are loading the game with RHP if it crashes when the first loading thing comes up its a meta. When it crashes on Populating world its the carvariations

ya but then how do you fix this issue if its a carvariations cause i am so lost
