" I've tried Opera, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge. " - as stated in my initial post.

seems fixed now... maybe it was my browser cache.... does this happen to other people?

No other users have reported an issue - as evidenced by the lack of a recent topic here.

I am having this issue now, but with select downloads:

I have tried both Chrome and IE(edge, or whatever win10 has for internet explorer). I have downloaded other files with no trouble before and after trying this one.

I am having this issue with:

*Spike Strips V

*Alfredo Helper 0.0.4 by Zach Houseknecht

*LSPDFR+ StatisticsViewer 1.4.0.0.rar. BUT I was able to download LSPDFR+ 1.3.0.0 by Albo1125 - RPH 0.41+.rar from the same starting download link.

*Bait Car

I Just downloaded 2 cars with no trouble and Assorted Callouts

I have cleared my history and cookies with the browsers and swept twice with Ccleaner. I also ran Malwarebytes and scanned with Windows Defender

When I click to download it takes me to the captcha page, then after entering the response I get:

The download.lcpdfr.com page isn’t working

download.lcpdfr.com didn’t send any data.

Clicked the diagnose errors button and got the following:
