I need help with a the callouts

Hi I have a problem with my callouts I can't responding to domastics and other callouts only shootouts or mugings and when I want to responding to another callout I can only press N not Y.

I use ELS cars and other things.

Please help. Thank you

What would happen if you pressed "Y"? Would nothing happen? There is a bug in RC2 that happens less often then before where callouts are internally considered "Code 4", but there's no indication of it through the usual message.
