Would it be possible to add the option to follow a mod, but only receive an immediate notification when the mod itself is update. I'd rather not get updates about people commenting or leaving reviews. Not really a huge issue, just a slight annoyance.

    To be honest, last time I tried that, I didn't receive any notification at all, not even for mod updates (it got updated twice and I didn't receive any notification for either of those).

    Yeah, I know. But well, I got used to have 15+ notifications per day now, so it's fine, I'm glad it actually works for other people.
