Again, try the same thing that I told Sheriff CWF..

Go to RPH settings > Game settings > Command Line Switches

 

Check "DirectX11" and "Force Windowed Mode" If you need to play in Full screen, change it in game thru  Pause > Settings > Graphics and then change the screen to full screen

 

Hope this works for you as well is as did for me and many other people.

The police computer screen works but this doesnt work :

 

1.  I installed Additional images but i still have this plain text coming up.

2. When I go into the ped search i have to type in and there is nothing to choose from (Collected ids).

3. when I searched for the ped i dont have the ability to give him traffic citations and arrest report.

4. i dont have toggle backround and pause.

I have the newest version.

I love the mod, although when I open up Computer+, or any other mouse need pop-up my mouse is not able to move into most of the screen, only the bottom right. Any help?

I am having an issue where the computer will not load at all. LCPDFR plug in loads, I go on duty but when in a police car I hold down and press the key and it never pops up. Im also having an issue where the ragehook command line (F4) doesnt appear, I do not know if they are related.

Does your game freeze or does nothing happen when you press f4?

When I press F4 the game freezes but nothing happens. I can still type commands and they work but nothing pops up.

Maybe I missed something, but is there a way to save your reports and print them out?

I am working on creating offences as it relates to the Canadian Laws.

 

So far I have over 811 offences entered into the XML file through EXCEL. I then run the EXCEL document through a PowerShell script to create the XML. However, when I run GTA V and go into the computer to issue citation, nothing appears. 

 

I have compared the original "CitationDefinitons.XML" to my own and they are the same format with one difference, mine has 800+ offences where as the original has barely 3 dozen items in it.

 

Is there a limit on the offences in the XML or do I have to do anything extra to get it to read the file?

Hi, I am fairly new to modding...  Hope I am in the correct place... I downloaded the lspdfr Computer+, and for some reason, I am unable to see the entire thing. To elaborate, I pulled someone over for running a light. I opened the computer and went to add a citation under his name. I can see that there are "Offences" that can be placed on him, but for me, there is no option to scroll down. So I can't see or click anything past the first dropdown menu... I haven't really tried much troubleshooting, it is pretty late.  I will try maybe changing resolutions or something in the morning, but I figured I would post here asking for some assistance. Anybody have any clue how to fix this?

I can see that there are "Offences" that can be placed on him, but for me, there is no option to scroll down. So I can't see or click anything past the first dropdown menu... I had the same issue. I have to use "Force windowed mode" to start. Then I can switch to fullscreen. Also... I had to switch to Direct 11. (I was using Direct10).  These things combined with REINSTALLING the latest versions Albo1225 ( in my case)  Ragepluginhook and LSPDFR.

 

Do that and you should be golden. Hope you see this. :) 

Stupid question I'm sure, but after downloading the images.zip file, do I just drop the whole plugins folder to the main GTA v root directory or in the same location I added the actual computer+ files? Thanks in advance

Now I understand that I am not the brightest spark in the world but I do not really understand the use of this mod, yes it looks fantastic and looks like it would be really useful but if you can not save citations or other information does it now just make this mod window dressing for want of a better expression? Someone please explain the point if this?

Np, Thanks for letting me know if it worked! Also, I found that DirextX10.1 is supported for us, also... I was able to use "Force fullscreen mode" 

 

Biggest tip is to run ragepluginhook AFTER you load into the vanilla game

The point in this mod is to simply add more of a "Realistic" experience... People (Like me), are urked when we pull someone over for an infraction, only to find out the original LSPDFR+ doesn't have the infraction you are looking for. Also, it adds a bit of ease instead of manually typing their plate, then asking them for id... You can do it all from inside your police unit. (Like in real life). 

Also... don't quote me on this... But I BELIEVE that it will show PREVIOUSLY filled out citations... 

 

Example... I pull over Connor Westly today, I give him a citation for running a red light... Later on, if I come across "Connor Westly" again, I believe it will show me that I have previously cited him... 

Also, it makes for a nifty way to call for backup, AND you can view call details, before you head off on a call.

Doesn't Albo's Police radio do this? I can do a plate and ped check stood right next to the car or while I am in my unit all from the radio.

From what I can tell I am afraid it doesn't. I can give someone a citation reboot the game then do a name check and that person doesn't even exist anymore! 

 

 

I understand the immersion side of it, just a shame it doesn't have a practical side to it, actually the one useful thing it does do it add a blip to the map if I get an ANPR hit.
