    If you have Windows 10, be sure to run the RagePluginHook.exe executable in "Windows 7" compatibility mode.

    Hi, I am working on creating offences as it relates to the Canadian Laws. So far I have over 811 offences entered into the XML file through EXCEL. I then run the EXCEL document through a PowerShell script to create the XML. However, when I run GTA V and go into the computer to issue citation, nothing appears. I have compared the original "CitationDefinitons.XML" to my own and they are the same format with one difference, mine has 800+ offences where as the original has barely 3 dozen items in it. Is there a limit on the offences in the XML or do I have to do anything extra to get it to read the file?
