Stupid question I'm sure, but after downloading the images.zip file, do I just drop the whole plugins folder to the main GTA v root directory or in the same location I added the actual computer+ files? Thanks in advance

I have tried everything, video tutorials, and threads. No what vehicle(s) I download they will not spawn in the game. I have renamed the files, copied into OpenIV. I have followed all readme files for the vehicles although some of them do not come with instructions or if they do it is a quick; copy ELS files into default pack folder and the vehicle files into latest patchday. Very limited information. Even though I have followed the best I can the vehicles do not replace the default vehicle. If I go into my OpenIV and look at the texture files etc after I copy them it shows the vehicle I downloaded but I can not get them to actually appear in the game. I don't know what else to do or what files to attach to this but I will do my best to send requested info. I'd very much like to get this working. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Ok I uninstalled/removed all files related to LSPDFR out of my GTA V folder. Should be a clean folder now. Still crashes on startup. I attached my launcher.log file and a screenshot of the GTA V folder. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the game once. I am at a loss as to what to do at this point. launcher.log

Ok I downloaded the ELS package the way the readme told me to. I then installed Captain14's Sheriff pack . Unlike the tutorial I watched when going to install it didnt give me an option to install directly to my mods folder so I went through OpenIV and put directly in there. Now I every time I try to run lspdfr through rage hook the game crashes when it tries to load. I downloaded the crash fix the sheriff mod below told me to but the readme gives me this: mods\update\update.rpf\common\data as the location to install the fix. I have been through my files and openIV and when I get to update.rpf its just a file to click on which wont open. This is the first time I have ever done any modding like this so I am really just confused and frustrated at this point. Any help would be more than appreciated
