does anyone know how to change the light bars on the vinilla cars? if you can any sugestions ?

You can only change the lightbar on any car in GTA 5 via zmodeler. I'm not familiar with this type of mods, I'm more the plugin coding side of things but you'll need experience with using this sort of program and how to use it. There's a large chance that you may also need to edit carvariations so that the lightbar works correctly however I'm not 100% sure on that one. Best of luck.

If you want to change them within the game with the default lightbars then you just need to use a trainer and enable/disable whichever extra you want to load if the car has multiple lightbars from Rockstar already.

 

However if you want to put custom ones on it then you need to use Zmodeler 3 and add it through there and then also depending on the lights edit the carvariations file so that the sirens work correctly.
