Is it possible to remove the police bike from spawning when i request state police backup? (via dispatch meta editing)

I would like it to only spawn the police 4 slot, with two highway patrolmen in each car. 

I searched but I cannot seem to find how to do this. Is this possible?

The reason if anyone cares why, I replaced the Highway Patrolman ped with guys that have campaign hats instead of helmets and pants instead of motor bike pants, so it bugs me to see them riding that bike, plus the livery i have on the police 4 slot looks nice, but there is no livery for the bike to match it. To be honest I would just rather have it out of service entirely if that is a possibility thru dispatch meta editing?

For removing them from LSPDFR backup, you simply have to remove the vehicle sets for it in backup.xml (in the LSPDFR folder in your main GTA directory). As for stopping them from spawning in general, I'm not quite sure. There could just be a file somewhere that controls it, but considering they also spawn on set locations on the side of highways it could very well be you need to edit a bunch of files.

That actually worked great, thank you so much. It still spawns on the side of the highway and at certain police stations, but I can live with that.
