Lspdfr not working

Haha that's true...

I start the game using RagePuginHook, and when I'm in the game it doesn't show where the police stations are and doesn't let me force duty through F4. So I can start the game but can't actually use the functionality of lspdfr.

first question is why do you have 2 gtav exes? one is gtav exe, the other is playgta5.exe.... you have retail, warehouse or steam version? and show a picture of your plugins,

plugins/lspdfr, and lspdfr folders..  do you get the RAGE picture as it loading? Does it load the game and say lspdfr 0.3.1 has been loaded with/without whatever other mods you use?

what mods do you currently have installed? are they installed correctly? did you read the readmes that come with them on how to install them properly?

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE MODS..THEY'RE CALLED READMEs   AKA read me for a reason

lspdfr plugin or GTA V crashed? find your Rage log in your gta folder, usually found after ragepluginhook.exe and open it, hit Ctrl a, open pastebin.com, select new paste, hit Ctrl v, get the link after you pasted it and supply that with your issue in the specific mod topic, it helps the developer diagnose the problem you may have.

They were both included on original retail copies.

I do have the 2 gtav.exe's, have the retail version of the game.

I think I've tried about everything. I've downloaded the newest RageHook, I've downloaded advanced Hook, I've tried installing it manually and normally, I've made sure the startup.rphs is good. Can't find anything I haven't tried yet, and every thing i try has the same result: it starts GTAV through RageHook and doesn't show the police stations and doesn't let me force duty through F4.

Any ideas of what I can try next?

I also don't have any extra plugins or mods downloaded. I first want to make sure the game works without all the extra cool stuff.

One thing that hasn't worked: I can't seem to download the OpenIV.exe. Don't know if this is necessary, but according to Jeff Favignano on YouTube it is...

@GijsbertVR Have you tried removing the word - copy from the end of your GTAV Folder name? It should be called Grand Theft Auto V not Grand Theft Auto V - copy

Are both of your GTAV Folders sitting in the same directory? If yes, just rename the one you don't mod with to Grand Theft Auto V - original or whatever name you like..

This is what my folder looks like. The name should be good?

no! The Folder has to be named Grand Theft Auto V

Do you have 2 GTAV Folders in your Rockstar Games Folder?

Thanks! That's it, the game works. Now I just want to install a couple more call outs and maybe a vehicle or two, but I think that should work.

Why do you have a copy folder anyway?

It's possible he has 2 GTAV Folders sitting in his Rockstar Games folder, thats why I asked him if there were 2 because he can't have 2 folders with the same name sitting in the Rockstar Games Folder.. He would just need to rename the other something else.
