I've followed every install instruction to the point, had some previous mods but have removed them, will list at the end of this. The RagePluginHook unblocked the .dll's for me when i ran it, attempting to run it while in GTAV's main menu didn't appear to do anything, nothing popped up. When in-game, police stations aren't marked nor can i enter them. Jumping + F9 does nothing, either.

I cleared out every mod I had, retried. Still nothing, tried running the rage plugin at main menu, nothing happened.

As far as I can tell, there is no RAGEPluginHook.log in my files.

If you don't even have a ragepluginhook.log file, then something else is wrong. Are you sure you're running it through ragepluginhook.exe? You have a legal, non-pirated, up-to-date version and the latest version of ragehook right?

I downloaded ragehook right from the website, and I have the Steam version of GTAV, so yeah. Neither of those seem to be the issue...

Have you checked the requirements required to successfully run RagePluginHook?

Also, the installation folder for Rage to run should be 'Grand Theft Auto V'. Any change to the default installation folder name will cause RPH not to load.

I'm gonna try the nuclear option, clearing out a good portion of my GTA folder and then verifying, before reinstalling the mod.

Well I tried, deleted about 36 GB and reinstalled it. Mod still doesn't work. 

I am having the same issue as Moonz, My game was working last week, but now when It loads up its just normal GTA V

I'm stuck with 'Police Mod 2', which is buggy to infinity and beyond, until i can get some help with this. Pluh.

Instead of spamming why dont you take in peoples advice? Remove the Police Mod and try to re-install RAGE and LSPDFR properly following instructions. Be ware the current version of LSPDFR does not come with RAGE 0.38 download this after!
